  I have been doing personal training with scott duggan the last couple years and it’s helped me a ton with strength, speed, etc and staying on task with my goals. Have never had a bad experience at Athletic evolution.

  Great place with even better trainers, went through a complete rehabilitation of an ACL surgery with AE. Nothing but good things to say about this place highly recommend anybody looking for a a place to train or to do rehab to go to AE.

  My daughter, along with two of her club soccer teammates, worked out twice per week with Scott at Athletic Evolution and LOVED IT! As a parent, it was a pleasure to walk into the gym (we started one month pre-covid) and listen to goals set up for the girls, and the best is that after their first workout they were all in great moods, motivated and psyched to go to the next session! Once Covid quarantine set in, Scott checked in to see how our girls were doing and, as soon as we reached a phase 2, sessions resumed outside. The girls learned so much about themselves and the hard work it takes to be dedicated to being strong, in shape, and healthy. Wish we had an AE in our town!

  AE has allowed me to become stronger, faster, and a better athlete even when being cautious about past injuries. Trainers have lots of experience/ knowledge and push you to be your best.

  My review is for the PT part of this facility. I had ACL surgery at childrens hospital with Dr. Lyle micheli and after much research decided to work with Julie Hubbard for my PT. I had a non contact ACL tear from soccer. I am now offically finished with PT after almost a year of PT. I cant say enough about how great it was working with Julie. She has gone through the same surgery and worked with me so well to really get me back into the shape I wanted to be in (return to sport). I had so many questions/concerns throughout the whole process and Julie helped through all of them. I cant say enough about how she helped me through one of the toughest things I have ever had to go through and would highly recommend her.
