Our Sub Zero stopped cooling. I had used these folks previously so I called. Fortunately they had someone on a call near me and he was here in a half hour. He diagnosed and replaced two components and that was it. Price was reasonable. Fast, professional service. What more do you want?

My dryer decided to take a break from heating, so I looked online and found this company. They scheduled me for today (although they couldn't give me a ballpark time, so I had to be at the house for most of the day). They did call about 25 minutes before their repairman arrived, as they said they would. Nelson was the gentleman that arrived. Very friendly and easy to talk to, he quickly figured out the problem, explained what he would do to get me back in business and gave me the estimate for the repair. In no time I was back in the laundry business (yeah, I know, bummer). I would definitely recommend this company for service repairs such as this, and if you're lucky enough to have Nelson show up, you'll be very pleased.
Fast and friendly service. They really know their stuff. Had my dishwasher fixed twice (two separate issues). The second time it was completely free because I got the service plan. You can't go wrong if you need a professional to service your appliances.
