We had to replace our water heater today, Feb 18, and our home warranty company contracted the job to Gladstone Plumbing Co. Our technician was Dan and he was able to acquire the appropriate heater, evaluate our installation, work with his staff and the home warranty company and get the job done on site in a couple of hours. Not only was he very capable and efficient but also friendly to me and my wife. You always wonder who the home warranty company will select for the work. In this case Water Heaters was a great choice for the job and Dan was a great tech.
Excellent work by Dan and Patrick! Not only did they repair the issues we brought them out for, but they surpassed all my expectations. We just bought our first house, and they went above and beyond by giving me water saving tips. Couldn't be more pleased!
Amazing company! Always there when we need them to come out. Great communication and employees. Tech came out the next day and explained everything I needed to know and was extremely patient. Excellent Customer service. They are prompt, professional and ensure that they do not make a mess when working inside of the home. We had an issue with our bill being paid 2x accidentally and they were so helpful in correcting the issue immediately and with zero hassle.
