“My Cadillac CTS was up for a sticker and I brought it in knowing I had issues going on with the car. Steve was able to pinpoint the problems quickly, and replaced two wheel bearings, change my headlight (which is incredibly hard to do on my car, you have to take off basically the whole front end, and put it back together correctly l.. I changed the headlight once myself and it took me over 2 hrs!), he also gave me an oil change, fixed my passenger door (wouldn’t open from outside), and got me a sticker. I had an abs light on and figured it was my brakes and took it to him. I was happy he told me I could save money by waiting on the brakes, and that they were still good to go. The car took a few days to repair which was impressive because it’s an incredibly difficult luxury car to work on. Also I want to mention that for my passenger door, he called Cadillac and figured out how to replace the part, an electric opening/closing mechanism, that Cadillac would have charged me a fortune for to fix. This is an incredibly honest and knowledgeable guy, he did great work and called me to let me know what’s going on every step of the way. He was able to cut down original estimate of $2,000 of repairs to save me $400. Anyway, I ended up taking the car to Virginia for vacation a few weeks later. The ride was very enjoyable and smooth the whole way. My friends even complemented on how smooth it ran. It’s now 5 months later and it still runs like a dream and I’ve had zero issues. I would recommend him to anyone. I’m definitely taking my car back for any work that needs to be done in he future.”
