“I have worked in the trucking industry for a very long time and its very rare that I come across a shop or a towing service that is easy to deal with. Ferreiras Towing is one of those places that blew me away with their customer service. Before I called them, I called about 10-15 different towing services that we all complaining about a snow storm and how they wont be able to make it out there. Ferreiras Towing did it without question. Not only was that lady I spoke to extremely kind (I don't remember her name) but she was also very knowledgeable and patient with me. Also, the tow truck driver after towing the truck called me back just to give me a heads up that one of my trailer tires might need replacing and he didn't have to do that. You can tell they truly care about their customers! When you call a towing service you expect some idiot thats rude and disrespectful just because he knows you need him but these guys were completely opposite. “I needed a new mechanic in the area, and the people at Two Guys are a perfect fit. I had a shock mount break on my car, and I took it in the morning to the shop. Tyler greeted me warmly and recognized that I knew what was wrong when I explained the problem and wrote up the car right away. An hour later he called me back and laid out my options clearly and concisely. He presented changing out the mounts as option 1, but that replacing the shocks would also be a good idea since while not failed, they were old and would likely need to be replaced in a year or two anyway. I know my car pretty well (I've done my fair share of wrenching) and I knew that the shocks were old and had a year, maybe two left, so it makes sense to replace them while you've got the rear end taken apart and save money in the long run from labor cost. There was no judgment or hard sell on either option, just clear explanations. I got a call back around 1 PM that things were all done and the price was very fair. I know the going rate for parts and labor and I have no quibbles with the bill. I'll be bringing my car back to get regular maintenance done by the Two Guys crew. They treated a first time customer like someone who'd been visiting them for years. I would have no hesitation recommending them to drivers of all enthusiasm levels.”
