“I have recently experienced truly superb dental services from Dr.Simon Bernstein and ALL the wonderful staff at PERICO North in Wakefield, MA, including staff who interacted with me while I was being treated, and the office staff who deal with insurance, appointments and all that contributes to running a first-rate dental practice. My regular dental care is from Dr. Gene Lawnicki in Winchester, MA, where I have been receiving similar dental care from Gene and all his staff since the early 1990’s. Gene referred me to his trusted colleague with implants, Dr. Simon Bernstein at PERICO Implants, when he recommended I needed to consider implants. I must admit I was anxious for several reasons. I trusted Gene’s referral because he indicated that he and his family were recipients of Simon’s excellent dental expertise. “I can't say enough good things about Dr.Davis and her office. I am terrified of the dentist. Upon entering the office I was greeted with a smile and even given the WIFI password! When the assistant ( Leanne) took me back to the room she was so nice and helped me calm my nerves. When Dr.Davis entered the room she explained what she was going to be doing and why. She also made a point to check in with me during the exam to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort. She then made a treatment plan and explained to me what was "top of the list " and why. By having this treatment plan it makes it very easy to make appointment and to plan ahead cost wise ( no major surprises ). We then discussed that at my next visit for me to use something called Nucalm. This has to be the best thing I have ever used! This amenity that Dr.Davis offers really helps patients become calm and let her do her best work. The office is clean, fresh and staff is very friendly. I am so happy that I found this office!”
