“Dr. Joshi is an amazing psychiatrist. I would recommend her to any of my loved ones. Backstory: I was addicted to clonazepam. I had been taking it for about 30 years. When I asked my PCP, who had been prescribing it to me for the past 8 years, to please take me off it, she replied "No, you need it to sleep." Eventually, I found a new PCP who suggested that I see a psychiatrist to help me come off clonazepam. This lead me to scheduling an consultation with Dr. Joshi. I'm so happy I chose her. From the very first meeting I had with her, it was as though I was talking to a friend. She actually listened to me and my concerns. I was really afraid of the withdrawal symptoms, and she guided and supported me through them. Thanks to her, I am free from this addictive mediation that dulled my senses and made me less compassionate for so many years. Today I am 100% free of clonazepam thanks to Dr. Joshi.”
