“Fantastic office. They really seem to care about me as a patient and everyone has been great to work with. I previously went to a large office in the area that had a really good reputation - it seriously came highly recommended! However, I was....less than impressed. Long wait times, inconsiderate staff....The doctor was nice enough, but were they worth the hassle? My family recommended I find a new office and I'm glad I listened to them because I scheduled myself an appointment here and realized what I had been missing out on. I felt like I was only a number in the previous office - here I feel like the staff actually cares about me. Also, I want to note that one of the reasons for the lower stars for this office is someone complained about their policy of canceling an appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. I, for one, appreciate the policy as it means that as a patient, I'm not going to wait over an hour for an appointment (which I had to do at the previous office!). Yes, Boston traffic sucks, and yes, it can be suuuuper inconvenient to reschedule, but I appreciate the policy. It shows respect for all the other patients' time. I just make sure I leave extra early! Also, so far I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes before being called in, which is amazing! I just wish I had found this office sooner, but I'm glad to be here now!”
