“My parents have lived here for 5 years and are generally very happy. Positives - beautiful and well maintained grounds, cleaning services, responsive maintenance department, friendly staff. Negative - quality of food has gone downhill. My parents have claimed some of the meals were unattractive, not fresh and at times, inedible. They seem to only attend for the social aspect with other residents and the wait staff.”

“The service was pretty quick. The check in process was smooth and digital, not paper based! The doctor was caring and knowledgeable. I think I could have done with an extra couple of stitches to fully close the wound, but we'll see how it heals. The exam/treatment room could have been cleaner when I was shown in and left to wait. There were leftover used supplies from the previous visit on the counters and trays around the room.”
