“I've been going here off and on for years, it's just a basic gym. I use it as a supplement to my regular gym. I've noticed that at peak times theres not enough lifting equipment and people are frequently waiting around or stalking others for equipment or a spot. I mostly go in on my rest days just to use the treadmill, for that purpose it works great and is open 24hrs.”

They were extremely professional and the owner knew his craft ! The barber that did my cut was super nice and patient... This place is a hidden gem ...
