My 12 year old daughter, who is usually a pretty tough little chick, was absolutely petrified to tears of a procedure she had to have. Tonya was so wonderfully down to earth and personable; she joked with her, sang Disney songs through the procedure while holding her hand (even though my daughter nearly broke her hand she squeezed so tight), and really went out of her way to help make her feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Stretching area isn't the largest but enough to accommodate 6-8 mats with space. Locker rooms are large and very clean. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. A different positive message is always on a whiteboard everyday by the front door.”
