“They are always helpful when I have questions or if I'm looking for something in particular. Because my son is obsessed with tools, often he'll run down an aisle and pick something up to look at. They are always nice to him and wave "hi". The only think that can be inconvenient is they close at 5 on weekdays and at one on Saturdays. I do understand that they make their hours according to what they can handle, but I often go to Aubuchon Hardware down the road because they are open much later.”

“I have to give these guys credit. If I need something right away that other stores closer to me do not stock this is my goto store. The framing hammer pictured below is just one of the things I needed and could not get at others stores unless I ordered it. There's two advantages to finding this in stock at Lowes; one I got it within a half hour and two I was able to get the veterans discount (not available on shipping orders in other stores). Thank you Lowes. I agree with some of the other reviews that its hard to find someone to help once you're in the store; otherwise Id give them a five star.”

“Technicians always arrive as scheduled and make the applications that they state they will be making! The remind people to keep pets indoors on day of applications. They leave appropriate marking on lawn. “The service man arrived exactly on time. He surveyed what needed to be done. He was dealing with iron pipes from 1926 and an old soap stone sink, which posed a big challenge. But he was up to it. He opened the access and cleaned out the pipe where the clog was. He made several intelligent recommendations on what my options were moving forward, which were greatly appreciated. It's always comforting having service people who are experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He did a super job getting us back to normal.”

“I had ray (think) come to my home to assess my refrigerator/freezer, the freezer was not working properly. He stated that i would need a coolant replaced which would be 1000 or so to replace as a special technician needs to perform the job. He stated it would only be a matter of time when it would not work at all. He stated i would be better to get a new fridge. Well that day has come and it makes a little under a week when ray was here. I appreciate his honesty ,sense of humor and his professionalism .”
