“I’ve worked with Steve Ramos for about a year. He’s a knowledgeable trainer and it’s clear that he has my best interests at heart. When I have a workout or diet question, he always knows the answer (or finds out the answer). If I ever feel pain somewhere, he helps me to understand why I feel pain, how I can take care of it and how I can prevent it from happening again. He really helped me to learn about proper diet and nutrition, which is so important with any workout program. He’s also very responsive to feedback. If there is ever a workout I don’t particularly like, he tries to create other workouts that I enjoy more. If I'm just not feeling great one day, he helps me modify my workout. If I’m not getting the exact results I want, he works with me to understand why and to help me reach my goals. I definitely recommend Steve if you need a personal trainer. He’s a great guy (we’ve had some fun conversations) and he’s great at what he does. He has really helped me improve my strength, nutrition and overall health. I recently moved so I can’t work with him anymore but he still helps me whenever I have questions.”

“I have 2 children at Oak Meadow School and I cannot say enough good things about our experience of over 4 years and counting! Incredibly supportive- emotionally and academically to my children. Absolutely fantastic curriculum including time outside with a naturalist and a very well developed STEM program. Both children play an instrument as part of their curriculum and really look forward to their additional specials of art, Spanish and gym. I attended the graduation ceremony for the 6th graders moving up to the middle school last spring and was really moved by their "I believe" speeches. Oak Meadow is guiding students on a level you cannot attain elsewhere and we are so grateful and thankful to be a part of this community.”

“My daughter has been taking lessons from Miss Mimi for two years. She's a great teacher -- friendly and knows how to have a good laugh, but definitely no-nonsense when it comes to doing the work. I like how she expects the students to do their part and helps them set realistic expectations for their progression. I've seen consistent improvement in my daughter's abilities and she looks forward to her lessons every week. Mimi is definitely the type of teacher who works well with students who are academically focused and appreciate that all learning requires discipline.”
