The quote he gave was right in the middle of other quotes I was getting, it fit right into our budget which is always important but what really drove it home was all the positive Google reviews; and we couldn't be happier. Our initial date the work to be done was 5 months out but Don said that openings are always popping up and they'd be able to get it done much sooner. I kept in contact with Jackie from their office who was always very nice and after just a few weeks of checking on open spots they were able to work us in 4 months ahead of schedule! The crew came on a Monday morning and by the time I came home from work Tuesday evening the work was done and the basement was clean. They did a phenomenal job and our confidence is through the roof that the days of pumping out our flooded basement are finally behind us.”

“This place is fantastic. Kimball's does it right at all of their locations. They have about five locations including their Farm Stand. All the locations offer different experiences. The Carlisle location is ice cream only no food. The other locations offer very good food. The one thing I'll say about Kimball's is they make their own ice cream. It is a superb product and very high quality. They give you a large portion for $5.50 and you're lucky if you can finish it. They seem to understand that you can buy a half a gallon of good ice cream for that at a grocery store so they better give you a good portion. We know that the higher price for that amount of ice cream goes to pay the help and insurance and the other things of running a business. But they Excel there also . There's plenty of trash cans, potted flowers everywhere, and they have about 15 solar panels on the roof also. I like seeing an energy conservative small business doing an excellent job and that is Kimball Farms.”
