“The few times I've recently visited, I've noted very affable staff and great overall service. The layout and overall atmosphere are great. The location along the bus line on Cushing Square is perfect for locals and those commuting in and out of Cambridge. It seems to be a bustling place. A lot of younger people hang out doing their homework here, so it often looks busy. But the lines haven't been long when I visited, as almost all these people already ordered something and sit working and socializing for a long time afterwards. I don't regularly visit Starbucks, but this is an excellent location for people who do.”
