Plus they just remade a bagel for me because I asked for it sliced and not toasted and was concerned it may have been toasted. It could have just been warm from other food in my order but the person working there didn't hesitate to make a new one. Super impressed with them consistently.”

“First time rental through budget rental, needed a suburban to accommodate six passengers and all gear for two weeks of travel. Totally the right vehicle it was fabulous. Fully loaded with leather, heated seats in all rows. The only draw back was the headlight lenses were already getting cloudy with only 24k on mileage and visibility was hard at night. Budget has some odd policies that did make getting the vehicle time consuming. First the vehicle wasn’t available for pickup at the airport but we found a location close to a relative. He was able to pick up then meet at airport, then I wanted to add my Wife and I to drivers but could only do one. I asked to remove the first driver and was told they couldn’t. The first driver only picked it up for us and my wife couldn’t drive which left me to do all the driving. Drop off was fast and easy but never asked for the slip for gas so now need to see if they charged me.”
