“They are always helpful when I have questions or if I'm looking for something in particular. Because my son is obsessed with tools, often he'll run down an aisle and pick something up to look at. They are always nice to him and wave "hi". The only think that can be inconvenient is they close at 5 on weekdays and at one on Saturdays. I do understand that they make their hours according to what they can handle, but I often go to Aubuchon Hardware down the road because they are open much later.”
