I arrived and James was ready. He answered all my questions showed me my unit. Initiated all the paperwork explaining everything. Repeating answers I needed repeated. I asked about a lock and some questions on the accessories sold in their office. He said if you purchase anything today you receive 15% off. I said great. Purchased a few things one being the lock. Not only did James help with the sale. He walked me back to the storage unit showed me how the locked works and locked my storage unit up. I feel very comfortable with this storage facility and I am thrilled with the service I received and I know it will continue while I’m a customer.”
