“I have changed my mind about this laundromat. Previously, I rated it 2 stars. But within the last few months, West Concord Laundromat has made huge changes. First of all, they are under new ownership, and let me tell you, it is OBVIOUS. The laundromat itself has been revamped. Gone are the faded pictures on the walls and the outdated wood wall paneling. The walls have been painted a bright white, which makes the place look vibrant and fresh. Next, you can tell the owners are friendly and really care about their patrons. The gentleman who owns/manages the laundromat saw me doing laundry and offered me a helpful tip in order to save time and money. I like the new owners much more than the previous ones. The laundry prices are the same, but I've gotten used to spending about $20 in quarters every time I go in there to do laundry. Now, I highly recommend this laundromat to everyone.”

Service was fast and friendly and very helpful with this being our first outing to make recommendations and understand portions. Pricing was very reasonable for two and the decor was bright and fun while still classy. The drinks were delicious as well and while limited, their specials were excellent additions to the menu. We will definitely be going back as we have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.”
