Both times the team told me the damage wouldn't result in rust, and that there was no work needed if I didn't mind the cosmetic damage. Then my car was damaged bad enough that indeed rust would be a problem. For a very reasonable price they did repairs that exceeded my expectations. Anybody who will turn you away when you don't need their services have earned my business when services are required. I would recommend them to anybody needing auto-body work.”

“I have been buying planes from the little counter at their factory since I was a little kid in the 1980s. I went in last week, bought my third go round at the Javelin and it was like entering a time machine. It is as I remember it down to the candy dish on the counter. Their catalog is right there on the table and you can order up whatever you want in a minute. The laser cutting is certainly a nice update, but I will would keep everything else the same ... right down to the 1950s-era complaint letter on the wall. I hope this is a hobby I can continue enjoying with my sons and I will certainly return again. Thanks Guillows!”
