I was greeted by the store manager Ashleigh. Who informed me I needed a new phone. Which wasn’t the news I was hoping for, but with an hour or so she got me up and running with a new phone. And even looked into my account and saved me some serious money on my monthly bill. When I had a question a day or two later she followed up with me promptly, even though it was her day off she didn’t wait to respond. It been a long time since I received such superior customer service. I would highly recommend this Verizon store. Ashleigh was truly a delight to work with.”
