  Great customer service I dropped my phone and could not get it working again. One of the custumer service people on the floor helped me he tried a few different things and I figured he would tell me to up grade to the Note9 that was priced around $1000 but he was pretty persistent on trying to fix it and he did and there was no charge for it. Thanks for your great service.

  Very good. Sales staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the various options and answered questions.

  The service is the best. Questions are answered. That's all l needed. By the way, I purchased all phones & a Tablet from them.

  This is the only Verizon store I use. I'm sure the protocol is the same in all stores. Go in. Give your name. Wait to be called. Wait times have always been pretty short.
  
  The staff is very knowledgeable about the product lines offered, and the plans that are available. They are clearly encouraged to add on to your purchase. I bought a tablet for my son, and the guy working with me brought out about $100.00 worth of accessories. I purchased none.
  
  Watch out if they are running any sort of promotion. I got roped into a pitch about the TV service and I know they bumped me in the que to give the sales rep more time. She was not successful despite these efforts.
  
  All in all though a decent store.
