  We had a great experience with National Floors Direct! The whole process was extremely simple and streamlined! Joe came to our house and spent lots of time going over colors and quality options! We were very pleased with how thorough he was! The crew that came to do the installation was extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned up all the mess they made and made sure that we were very happy with the final product! The crew even made a great accommodation because our original installation date we were getting a massive snow storm and they came out a day early which was extremely convenient for us! Will absolutely be recommending National Floors Direct to everyone I can! A truly great experience!!

  We had a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. The woman who came out to the house was very knowledgeable. She offered suggestions based on the traffic areas and the purpose of the room we would be carpeting. The gentleman who installed the carpet were prompt and very pleasant. They interacted with my children who were interested in what they were doing. They did a wonderful job installing the carpet. I would recommend them to anyone seeking new carpet. Overall we were very satisfied with the service and product provided.

  I recently had my floors in my condominium ripped up and replaced by national floors direct. The floors came out great. Installers were professional and worked diligently. Very high quality laminate floors and installers would frequently ask my preference on certain finishing so I was completely satisfied. Scheduling the job was also very easy. Price was excellent and service was great. Would definitely recommend national floors direct again! If you are looking for high quality, affordable, floors with great service, call national floors direct.

  We had a positive experience with National Floors Direct. We were unsure of what type of flooring we wanted for our mudroom but all of the options were explained to us. Our salesperson came to our home, on time, with many samples. We decided to go with vinyl flooring and we couldn’t be happier. The sales process was easy and we were happy with the price point. We were able to schedule our installation date quickly and easily. The day of the install, the men arrived on time and worked quickly to get the job done. They cleaned up afterward and the flooring is beautiful. We would recommend National Floors Direct to our friends and family.

  National Floors Direct was a pleasure to work with. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday and the sales person promptly arrived on Monday at 9:00 AM. He was polite and listened to what I was looking for and brought in several options to match my current carpets. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with how smart he was. I was able to schedule an installation in less than 2 weeks. I loved that I didn’t need to leave my home and spend hours looking at samples and bringing them home. The whole purchase process was easy and at a decent price. Installers came on the day of a snow storm and were timely. They were quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend National Floors Direct !
