I purchased a Suburu Forrester June6 2019 and the most important thing about Subarus is that the head gasket& timing belt is replaced or in maitainence records as being replaced. Nishan& Mark did the work before placing the vehical I purchased for sale. Very impressive. I did have a problem which they fixed quickly. Nishan was incredibly helpful and went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure I was good to go. Not only was he very knowledgable and easy going with selling me my now 2007 Subaru Outback but driving me home after the check engine light came on, finding me the proper screwdriver for the rack on top of the car and getting my car inspected for me while it was in his hands for a short period of time because I was sick and he didn't want anymore inconvenience for me. I mean come on, if this guy ain't up there with the best and most elite I don't know who is. All and all could not ask for a better experience (High quality well priced cars) Check (Outstanding customer service and extremely friendly/wise) Check. One of the most pleasant and easy car purchases in my 40 years of buying cars. Nishan was very friendly and professional, I felt like I’d known him for years and nothing fake . I did not feel pressured of persuaded by any means. I had done my research and knew exactly which car I wanted and it’s value. Bellingham Motors was advertising a 2006 low mileage, one owner Cadillac DTS in excellent condition and when we arrived and test drove it that was exactly what we experienced and purchased. Nishan married the two of us together and I could not be happier with my buying experience at Bellingham Motors in Bellingham Massachusetts, I can recommend them and Nishan without any question or hesitation, and I am not easy to please when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, this is the type of experience that will definitely bring me back for more.
***Please note that I had read the reviews for this dealership prior to my visit there, only one negative review and I didn’t even take it into consideration since it didn’t seem to make a whole lot of sense????***
