    I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Gentle Giant while moving my new baby grand piano into the house and moving my spinet downstairs. Ian was very responsive and accommodating during the initial setup of the move. On the day of the move Nuno, Ted, and Thomas were competent, polite, quick, efficient, and careful with the pianos. They even sprayed some WD-40 on the pedals for me before reassembling them because I noticed they were squeaky! I would NEVER trust any other mover with my pianos.

    I am a Gentle Giant employee and a Gentle Giant customer, and I will sing their praises from the rooftops. Hardest working movers in the business, and the Quality Control team goes above and beyond handling issues that happen on a move. When they say they aim to make "customers for life" I really believe it, because I've seen it as an employee and and as a customer. I highly recommend
