(February 22, 2019, 2:20 pm)I've owned a BMW since 1990, I've had all kinds of service experiences over the last 26 years. AutoWerks is as technically competent as any dealer I've used, with a value proposition lots more favorable. I'm very pleased that I have AutoWerks as an option. I now have been using Autowerks for over six years, they deserve a five star rating.
My wife has just purchased a 5 series, I'm grateful that I have Autowerks as an option, otherwise owning two BMW's would not have made economic sense.. (updated 12/15/2017)
(July 21, 2018, 8:45 am)I went to IMport auto werks for oil change and change of rear brake pad...they have done a excellent job...they were able to provide me with a ride to and from the Braintree station, which is great...highly recommended...
(June 16, 2018, 5:14 pm)I brought my BMW to Russ and Alvin for years... now onto the Audi! I trust them completely... and every BMW driver I know also goes to them. They are the best in the area, with significantly better prices than a dealer. Anyone who does not go there is throwing away cash. Period.
