    Unhappy with Customer Service " Not to Friendly" Also absolutely No Help On The Floor! Wasn't even busy. Basically you're on your own!!!! Good finds though.

    walked in around 230 pm 12-13-18 nice selection of clothes they had what i wanted to get for wife for Christmas great prices on other things i bought staff was very nice and even said thank you...with a smile will return again and will recommend this store

    I by far had the BEST experience tonight at the Braintree location. I came in shopping last minute,frantically, for a wedding we have to go to this weekend. We have had no luck finding suits that work for our 10 year old anywhere because he is in the "too big for youth but too small for mens" stage of his life. Sales associate Ralph went above and beyond to help find a way to get him the best fitting suit without time for alterations and literally taught me how to hem a pair of pants. I am forever grateful for the amazing customer service we received tonight and will never shop elsewhere for any other special occasions. Thank you so much!

    Love this place for shoes, boots, purses, coats and lingerie and sooo much more! My go to place for all things clothing wise! Been going here for years, it's usually pretty busy but definitely worth the wait in line!!! So happy this place is still open after all these years, and it's no wonder how!!!!
