The Mt Vernon Dignity team were life saviors for me when my husband recently passed away. Janessa Ford was so professional and truly compassionate about what I was going through. She gently guided me through the choices I needed to make.
Roy Northington was incredible. We had a unique theme for our Celebration of Life (Harley’s & SF Giants) and he understood right away that we wanted a true celebration rather than a somber ceremony and reception. He brought my vision for my husband to life for my family and friends.
I am forever grateful and high recommend them!

We have several family members buried at Mount Vernon, so when we tragically lost our 26 year-old in a car accident, the choice was already made as to where he would be laid to rest. Our experience with the people who work there was wonderful. Roy was our funeral director and Jaymie assisted us with all the plot details. The receptionist was always so friendly and compassionate and we even had a great experience with the woman who stayed with us during the very hard viewing. Unexpectedly losing someone at the prime of their life is already devastating and hard to process, but it would have been a much worse experience if it wasn't for the caring, compassionate service we received.

After losing our mom so unexpectedly and so sudden my brothers and I had no idea what we were going to do. None of us had planned a service of any kind before...the staff at Mount Vernon they all were so helpful and patient they did everything that we wanted and then some...I couldn't have done or asked for a better service that they gave for our mom, the service was beautiful the Chapman spoke of our mom like he had known her himself ...I know my mom would have been pleased with how it turned out. I know I was ...I definitely recommend Mount Vernon to anyone who has lost a loved one

Great place to get everything done at once. Staffs are very patient and respectful.

My room was excellent, i spent a great night, everything is updated except cable tv, i would like that it get better deal with provider cable, only i have to say GREAT CANDLEWOOD.

Good price and customer service. Clean rooms with a kitchen. Laundry on site. Gym. Food pantry 24 hours daily. All in all what you need for a great hotel stay. I definitely recommend!

This location was perfect! Bed and the room were extremely comfortable, and within to minutes drive to the red line into Boston. This location also had wonderful customer service! Everyone was polite. And when my husband accidentally left his cellphone there, they shipped it to us quickly!
Will stay there every time I come to Boston!

It's good enough. The rooms were aged and ours, a non-smoking room, smelled of cigarettes. The sofa bed's mattress was a bit too dirty to feel comfortable on. The service, on the other hand, was great! The manager was more than happy to move us to a new room. The location is also great for day trips into the city.
