  I went over 3 years ago to quit smoking. I was very reluctant and skeptical. During the group session I though I would fall asleep as it is hard to understand him with his heavy Russian accent. I think this is all part of the “treatment”. My transmission went in my car on the trip down and I couldn’t get insurance to cover a rental so needless to say I was very stressed out! Regardless of the situation I was dealing with, I threw my cigarettes out in his office and haven’t craved one since!

  I was a long-term rather heavy smoker. The previous attempts to give up were futile torment. Before entering the Shubentsov's session I did not throw away the open pack of cigarettes for I did not keep my hopes very high.
  The session was in mid-February 2020. Now it is August. I have not smoked and did not want to smoke. It is as if something was broken in my head during the session: I am indifferent to smoking. It is as if I forgot how it felt. I should mention that I live with smokers. It does not bother me at all. During stress I do not seek cigarettes to ease it.

  I would recommend this to anybody. Why I don't know! How I don't know! What I don't know? When 11/10/18! My last cigarette. I saw Mr. Yefim and haven't had one since. 35 year smoker of at least a pack a day. I will still say the urge comes and goes but I never act on it. Best $85 I have ever spent! Go see him, he will change your life. Tim H - VA

  Helped me stop drinking over 4 years ago. Haven't wanted a drink since. He's a miracle worker. Sell your house, sell your car, take a loan out, but GO!!!!
