  I recently had an opportunity to experience the 737-800 cockpit at Global Flight Adventures and it was amazing.
  When I saw there was an actual 37 cockpit simulator in Canton I knew I had to check it out.
  I was only going to be in Massachusetts one more day and I was really hoping they could accommodate me. The fantastic crew at Global Flight Adventures scheduled me with only 1 hour advanced notice.
  I have been flying 37's in my home flight simulator for over 15 years. I currently am flying the PMDG 737 ngx with a virtual reality set up. So I'm pretty familiar with the cockpit.
  I opted for the 90 minute package and decided to start on the active runway at KBOS. The instructor was smart to not have us waste time at the gate with a cold and dark start. I took off from KBOS and landed with the ILS. We then switched to TNCM and took off on the infamous short runway. Flew the pattern and did a VFR landing. (I definitely used all of the runway!) The instructor asked me where I wanted to go next and I opted for my home airport, KRNO. We took off from 16r and I flew south west over Lake Tahoe and landed at KTVL, which is a short high altitude runway.
  Sitting in the cockpit was everything I hoped it would be. Actually feeling how the controls respond was amazing. Having the opportunity to program the FMC and dial-in the autopilot was awesome. I learned so much and had a fantastic time!
  I'll definitely be back the next time I am in Massachusetts

  I had an amazing experience in Global Flight Adventures and I highly recommend going there.
  
  I enjoy flying small planes in my spare time. As such, I can appreciate how realistic their simulator is (very much so), and how professional these guys are (extremely professional).
  
  I recommend starting by trying out their smaller sim - configured as a Cessna 172. There you can easily fly everything on your own (possibly with some assistance from the pros), take a look around and understand the environment you're in. After that, at least for me, the real magic came with the B-737 simulator, where I got to play flying as a "big guy." The simulator is configured as a true cockpit, real seat and all, the visuals and instruments are amazing (down to the "seatbelt sign" indication).
  
  My time in Global Flight Adventures was well spent, I truly reacommend it to any flying enthusiast, pilot or otherwise.

  I've been there on a friend's birthday and it was great to fly the small airplane and I got the chance to sit inside a Boeing 737 Cockpit! God, it looks so real. It was AMAZING
