Rosalind is great. I started with her and Aflac when I opened my business 6 years ago. She explained all of my options and got me the best policy possible for a great price.
I recently switched to a new company that offered a different policy that I need, and it was more affordable to move over my accident insurance as a bundle, which is why I left Aflac. Otherwise, I would have stayed! And Rosalind was understanding when I had to leave and made the cancellation smooth and easy. (Which I cannot say for most companies!)
