  Great customer service! Danny & his team were so helpful & easy to work with. They all did a great job giving us everything we asked for & dealing with our ongoing questions & changes. Super job!

  I was considering a pool for my home in Tyngsboro and of the choices I had I decided to talk with Pat from Ambassador pool. His presentation and first impression was very powerful. It left me thinking what a fantastic guy and company. I would say that company should be thankful they have him on their team. I plan on revisiting this venture at a better time for me and when I do it'll be Pat I call.

  Ambassador pools was amazing to work with. Danny came out and met with us and answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the right size pool for our yard. Once we finalized everything with Danny he turned us over to Mike in the office who helped us with our financing and got us the best rate available. Once that was all set, our install was scheduled within a couple of weeks and the installers were fantastic! Neat and respectful of their surroundings, the pool was up in running in one day! What a pleasure it was from start to finish. We are so looking forward to enjoying our pool for a second season with all of our family and friends! Thank you Ambassador Pools for helping our family make lots of memories to come.

  I want to thank the owner of Ambassador Pools, from the beginning of the experience from talking to Danny the owner of the company to financing the pool with Michael and having it installed by an extremely professional group the whole experience was very pleasant and professional. I looked at other pools and spent a lot of time with Danny and other pool companies, but by far the quality of this pool is far superior compared to other pools I looked at. Last year was our first year with the pool and made for an unbelievably happy summer. I'm looking forward to this coming summer.   After posting a negative review, the owner, Danny contacted me. He was very willing to do whatever was necessary to resolve my issue. I appreciate the effort in addressing my concerns and reaching out to me.
  We haven't actually taken delivery of a pool yet (due to our own feet-dragging); but I will definitely update this review to reflect that experience when we do.
