This is a great Cross fit gym; Bobby and Dan the trainers are very dedicated to making sure you understand the exercises and the correct form; the workouts are very challenging and there are a lot of terrific people in the class. I tried the work out and was hooked on and it. I highly recommend this gym.
Bobby's gym is welcoming and a great spot to get the personalized training you need. He's also driven to help the community through his work with fundraising and support to local business HR folks - company workouts!
