“Had these guys replace my windshield and they showed up on time and did a good job. Also I thought my insurance would not cover glass so I gave them a credit card to pay for the replacement. About an hour after the work was completed and they already ran my card and closed my work order I found out that I did have glass coverage. JN Phillips told me that I could get a claim number and they would void the transaction and they would put it through on my insurance. I was helped by both Kim and Tamika over the phone and I feel they went above and beyond what they had to do. Because of their help i was able to avoid having to file a claim and wait for a reimbursement from my insurance co. Thank You!”
