  When the year started I looked at myself as a large athletic person. It didn't matter that for photos I had to stick my neck out, or that I was purchasing xxxl shirts. Something told me that I was ok. As I had done every year in the past I opened up an app that helped me count my calories to find out that I weighed 306 lbs. Seeing that number I realized something had to change.
  
  After a trip to my doctor I found out that I was close to diabetic, and had elevated blood pressure. I was finding ways to deal with my size by purchasing devices to help with snoring, and ways to hide my size.
  
  The Medi Weight Loss team has helped me by guiding me to become a better person, the person that I wanted to be. The staff drives me to expect more from myself. Transforming my diet as well as my habits would be a challenge but I know that I have help.
  
  During the first 9 weeks I have lost over 40lbs! Medi Weight Loss has given me a new outlook on Weight Loss.

  Greatest staff I've met. Extremely knowledgeable, very caring and always encouraging! I reached my goal because of hard work and commitment, but without their help and guidance; probably not. They where there every step of the way for me. I strongly encourage anyone who is committed to lose weight through hard work and Medi-Weights guidance to try the program.

  The Cohasset Medi Weight Loss has a group of people that are very knowledgable and caring. Everyone knows my name as I walk in and I have only been going for a couple of weeks. Everyone is sincerely excited to see/hear about my progress. Awesome place!!
