I've tried yoga several times and have never enjoyed the yoga poses and experience as much as in this studio. The instructors are great and the heat and routine was perfect. I liked it so much that I went four times in a week and plan to continue going on a regular basis. This type of yoga is unique and really made my body and mind feel great. Even my sleep feels better!! Really impressed and can't say enough good things about Cohasset Hot Yoga. Thanks again.

Great workout! I've been doing the PMC, a 192 mile bike ride, for years and attribute the breathing routine learned at Cohasset Hot Yoga for the easy time I had this past weekend. I was able to grind up the longest and steepest climbs in a very relaxed posture, all the while breathing in and out through my nose. No huffing and puffing and wasted energy! The studio is big, bright, and cheery with high ceilings and infrared panels that maintain a steady and comfortable heat. Great instructors and energy at every class!

When my family and I were thinking about relocating to the South Shore area, the second thing I researched was yoga studios (first being schools :) I was looking for a studio that was more traditional to yoga...meaning not hot and not a power boot-camp style (trendy) yoga. I wanted a space where I could practice different styles of yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga etc) and meditate without feeling rushed out the door. Because I practice routinely, I wanted a place that had a community feel, gave me a chance to make new friends, was a home away from my home as well as a place to evolve my practice. After researching several places, Cohasset Yoga Center was first on my list. I came for a tour then a class and haven't looked back or for another place since.
