From these reviews it is unbelievable the amount of negatively. Ive been going to this location since i was a baby and i love the nurses. I have no problems drawing blood but they make you feel so welcome and want to get to know you. I waited 10 min oh my!! Haha i registered and was prepared. They wear gloves and wash there hands and take every precaution.
There is one guy who has been there for years. He is the best phlebotomist around. it is amazing what he managed to do in 40 minutes this morning. He greeted people, verified insurance, answered the phone, saw patients, greeted patients, printed labels, faxed orders, all with a pleasant smile. He managed 4 blood draws during that time ( I was the 4th) and there was a full waiting room, in which he had paperwork ready to go.
They are skilled and courteous!
