(August 8, 2017, 12:26 pm)I have some unconventional insurance needs and Berry helps me work through them to get the best coverage. They are also very responsive when I call with questions and requests. I also recently had an accident and Berry went above and beyond. They answered their emergency number on a weekend and had a claim number started on a Sunday with the "ball rolling" on the next business day. They helped me through the claims process with the insurance company which allowed me to get my car repairs started in a timely manner. In the age of internet insurance brokers I have to say, I was so happy to have a "real person" at Berry on the other end of the phone when I needed it. They even called me periodically to "check in".

The reason I brought my insurance all those years ago, and one of the many reasons I stay, is because the team cares about my needs and always takes the time to review the changes in my life to make sure my policies protect me the way I need them to. I would highly recommend the agency, and not just because I work here, but because we have such an amazing team, who are all highly educated in insurance, and who truly care about the protection of our clients!
