Upon entering this facility, I was immediately impressed with the set up and cleanliness. It is a very comfortable place conducive to a successful therapy process. The staff is very attentive, organized and knowledgeable providing exceptional communication and service. Compared to other facilities I have been involved in, this experience has been the best by far for meeting all my needs. I cannot express enough my gratitude to Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and Professional Physical Therapy, I’ve been treated for pain due to plantar fasciitis for a couple of months. Dr. Ross, Alex and Amber working as a team have been great to work with, providing a protocol of message and increasing levels of stretching and strengthening exercises. It’s very obvious that they care about their patient’s well being, they listen to their patients and make appropriate changes to the treatment. The graduate student assistants and the front desk folks are always very friendly and professional. Thank you for your great care.

This is my first time ever having physical therapy and it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Ross and Alex have been my primary therapists and they are wonderful but everyone in the group is amazing from the front desk on. They made me so comfortable and relaxed.

This is an AMAZING facility. Staff are courteous, caring, funny, and purely talented. It's a brand new building just 2 miles out of Franklin ctr. Accessible from rte 495. The talent and obvious signs of education paired with the super support staff make them unique and stand ahead of any other. Dr. Jill and the staff are amazing.

I have been to Professional Physical Therapy twice now for injuries I have had. Both times were phenomenal. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and they get you in for therapy no matter how busy your schedule is. Dr. Juliana Ross is my DPT. Dr Ross is Awesome. She is very happy and friendly and knows what she is doing. I have been dealing with a very tough sprained ankle and Dr. Ross is making it so I can function throughout my day. Without Dr. Ross’s help as well as the help from the entire staff of Professional Physical Therapy I would not be working. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs any kind of Physical Therapy. Now with 2 locations it’s easier to help more people. I look forward going to PT every week. Thank you Dr. Ross
