I've recently bought a car this past week and I was hesitant on coming here due to some of the reviews until i found out it was bought under new ownership. Derrick and Amanda, the new owners, we're so nice! I don't know anything about cars and they were so helpful informing me on everything I need to know and making sure my car was ready for the road.
I had the best experience buying my SUV from Regal. It is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family. They make you feel appreciated as a customer and their prices are so fair. They stand behind what they sell and because I was buying used I just felt that was so important. They were also able to get me anything I wanted for features-even custom leather for a reasonable price. Very happy customer! I will definitely see them for my next vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Valerie! She was like a genie!! She made everything happen and when I wasnt to confident about the process she remained positive.
