  We had a great experience our first time at Medfield Orthodontics. Everyone on the team was welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Parker radiates enjoyment of what she does, and I think that sets the tone for everyone. Dr. Parker and Laurie explained everything clearly and answered our questions well. This is a well-run operation! The only reason I didn't put down five stars is that we had to wait perhaps 10-15 minutes between the different phases of our consultation. They may have been just having a busy day. In any case, it's no reason not to work with them. It was a pleasure for us, and we will be using their services.

  Phenomenal friendly staff, completely professional, never a wait, very informative and helpful. So happy we choose Dr. Parker and her wonderful staff.

  I just started treatment and the staff is so nice, I know I will love this place! They also have a really fun program for the kids ( gift cards!)

  The entire staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better braces experience. Everyone there makes sure you are comfortable and understand what is going on. 10/10 would go there again if I had to.

  Dr. Parker and all the staff at Medfield Orthodontics are so kind, professional, and efficient. My first appointment ran so smoothly and on time (which is very important to my family and our busy schedule). Dr. Parker explained the process to myself and my daughter in a way we could both understand, and customized the treatment to accommodate the special needs of my child. Laurie is so friendly and offered so much help in all aspects of scheduling and getting my daughter started. Their response time is very quick as well. Melissa at the front calls me back almost immediately, and has emailed me back just as quickly. I am never left with any questions unanswered. I recommend Medfield Orthodontics to EVERYONE! I can not wait to get my daughter started with this office. Thank you Dr. Parker and her entire staff.
