Professional Physical Therapy

I was unsure where I might go to work on my injured knee. I had been to another facility some years ago for my back and was not terribly impressed. My chiropractor recommended Professional Physical Therapy and said I couldn’t go wrong with any of the therapists. I ended up working with Jenna, who was wonderful. She explained things clearly, came up with alternative exercises when needed, always asked how I was doing and listened carefully to what was working and what felt too easy or too difficult. I made very good progress and now have a set of effective exercises to do at home. I can walk farther everyday and with little pain and less stiffness.

During my seven weeks there I saw how the other therapists were working with their clients and could see that my chiropractor was right. You couldn’t go wrong with any of them! The facility is clean and well equipped and the receptionist is a delight.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional. Isabella is a pleasure to talk to and super helpful scheduling appointments. Jenna is truly an amazing Physical Therapist and person. She patiently and persistently took careful steps to correct my frozen shoulder which I didn't think was possible as I was convinced surgery was inevitable. I'm back to a pain free nearly full range of motion. I'm truly grateful. If you're in need of PT in the area you won't find anyone or anyplace better.

My doctor recommended PT for my knee pain and initially I chose Professional PT in Medway because of its convenient location. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend Jenna, Toby, or Nikki without hesitation. I mainly worked with Jenna and Toby. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only they designed a therapy program to alleviate my pain but they also educated me to be aware of my body mechanics and make self corrections while exercising. I am very happy to be able to work out and run without pain. Everyone I interacted with at this office was very nice and helpful!

I needed physical therapy and Professional Physical Therapy at Medway was recommended by my doctor. Booking the appointment was very easy and Isabella was very helpful with setting up the appointment. My first appointment was with Jenna and it was so impressive that I made sure to have appointment only with Jenna for the rest of my visits. Jenna is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and also fun to have conversation. Jenna made sure that my training routine is with proper technique so that I do not have the issue again. All the therapists/staff are very helpful and pleasant. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to all my friends.

Jenna is amazing! She is very educated on how to do each and all movements correct and safe. She always is making sure I am doing my physical therapy exercises right! She is a joy to have as my therapist for she has positive attitude & energy. I genuinely look forward to my PT. The environment is lively as well it’s nice and bright, plants , clean, and the music is always a vibe it’s always different and loud enough to actual hear and be motivating!! I tell everyone how great it is here 😊
