  Kerrivan-Lane has always responded quickly to our requests and needs. Peter came today to help with one thing and I was able to ask him to look at other plumbing fixtures I had questions about. He was able to make the repairs and he found other things that needed tightening and reconfiguring to function more efficiently. Thank you so much for your patience with my questions and requests. Peter is great!

  The Kerivan-Lane team came through for us in a tight spot - we had to quickly replace our defunct boiler in the middle of a winter cold snap. Everyone we worked with (Kevin on the sales team, Mike on the service/install team, and Joe, our installer) was great, and went above and beyond to ensure we had heat back as soon as possible. Special kudos to Joe, who worked 2 days straight, including a Saturday, to get the system up and running.

  I have been a customer of Kerivan-Lane for a little more than a year. Deliveries have always been on time, with accommodating methods of payments.
  Recently, I had a boiler issue, which in turn caused a pipe to freeze during the severe cold in January. When contacted, they quickly sent someone to our home to try to remedy the situation. Tony A. who worked on fixing the issue, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even came back the same day without any worries, to confirm that there was a more severe issue. He was kind enough to also check up on us a few days later.
  
  Unfortunately, the frozen pipe we were dealing with, ended up bursting - a risk warned by Tony on the day of intervention. I contacted him directly late that night when it occurred, and Tony kindly answered my call and helped me remotely to stop the leaking. During the whole experience, he shared in advance his opinion about the issue(s) and how he planned to fix it. I valued his expertise, as well as his care, offered both by him, as well as the company. This is without any doubt a serious company who cares about its customers.

  I rarely posted any review on any site. But this time, I was truly impressed by this company and the staff. Choosing Kerivan-Lane as heating oil supplier and service provider could be my best decision in the whole 2018. Inheriting the oil heating furnace from buying this new house made us very nervous about the transition from using gas heating experience. From day one, we already planned converting to gas next year. However, I was so glad that I made a call to K-L. Within the 24 hours of signing the contract, my tank was filled; within a few hours of reporting an furnace issue, the service guy Kevin came to my door and fixed a flaming issue, who was the most professional and experienced service guy I had ever seen. As a 20 years business consultant, I think I understand what's the quality of service. I have to say the quality of K-L service is definitely the top of notch. They made me truly believe that I was in good hands and would like to their customer for long time.

  Recommend KL Plumbing/Heating to anyone who asks. They are top notch with their techs, service, and work product. Replaced and serviced our boiler - outstanding. Smaller items around the house, too (faucets, pipes, etc). Phil was the most recent specialist who helped us. Classic to KL, he was great!
