(February 28, 2019, 3:16 pm)Purchased my Cub Cadet snowblower from Shawn 3 years ago and just purchased an Echo 16" chainsaw yesterday afternoon....called Crowley's and Shawn had ready for me and kept store open until I arrived with my hell story about Lowe's chainsaw purchase. Shawn had it running and ready for my pickup to get rid of tree that had fallen across my yard in Wind Storms.
I would HIGHLY recommend Crowley's Power Equipment to ALL !!! -

(January 5, 2018, 9:32 am)I found out my snowblower needed to be repaired the day before the "bomb cyclone" and my usual guy wasn't picking up his phone. I called a bunch of local repair shops and the standard reply was it would take a week to pick up and another 2 weeks to repair-yikes! The last call I made was to Crowley's and much to my surprise, they offered to pick it up the next day and try to get it back so I could use it for the storm. Sure enough, they delivered my machine back the morning of the storm and the machine cleared my very long driveway along with the 3 foot pile of hard slush at the end. I am happy to give Crowley's 5 stars as they went above and beyond to get my snowblower back to me in time to use for the bomb cyclone cleanup. Service like this just doesn't happen much these days and I am very appreciative of their efforts as well as the quality repair done on the snowblower. THANK YOU CROWLEY'S !!
