So many wonderful things I can say about my experience at Matick Toyota. I recently leased a new car from there and Kevin Marogi was the great salesman that helped me with that process. Go see him!
After having the car only ONE week I got rear-ended! Such a stressful and upsetting and frustrating time. This is where I gotta hands down say that Andy Charette, the service dept manager, is one of a kind. From the day I rolled up there upset and stressed with my rear-ended BRAND NEW CAR, he’s taken good care of me and taken a very upsetting situation and helped make it less stressful and upsetting. He got me into a loaner car and was always very responsive to my emails and addressing my concerns. In fact, my coworker got into an accident a couple of weeks after I did and, after not being taken care of by the dealership where she and her husband have leased many cars, she asked me where I took my car and how I was being so well taken care of. I told her about Matick and Andy and she said that she and her husband might be taking their business to Matick after this lease is up. I told her she should! I will definitely encourage people to do business with Matick Toyota. And I plan on being a longtime customer. Thank you Andy and Kevin and the entire team at Matick Toyota!!

It’s been a pleasure to work with Fill in the service department to get new brake pads put on my Camry XSE. This was my first time bringing my vehicle here to get serviced and I have to say, it definitely won’t be my last. Prompt and quick service, they were very reasonable with pricing in comparison to other Toyota dealerships near that area, and Fill was VERY friendly. That’s a big plus. Had it not been for Fill and his help when I first called in inquiring about the service, I probably wouldn’t have given this hidden Gem a chance! I’ll be back on my next service visit and I hope management rewards Fill for the good job he’s done because it’s secured this dealership another potential permanent customer.
