Several of my friends with similar conditions have told me about their supplier and I have NEVER (in 5 years) had any problems or issues with Reliable Respiratory. The staff there is GREAT! The customer service at Reliable Respiratory is "world class". The elbow piece of my husband's CPAP tubing fell off during a routine cleaning. I called at 4:30 PM. Portia found an elbow. She stayed an hour late to wait for me. Since I was stuck in traffic, Dwain stayed another 15 minutes beyond, so that I could buy the part.
