(January 29, 2019, 12:36 pm)I just want to say thanks to the crew in the driftwood section of Ellis for taking such good care of my mother. This is a thankless job but you guys do it with care! She is always dressed nice and clean when I come see her. The bed is always made and clean. She really seems to be fitting in nicely with the other residence. This has been a hard transition for her but I feel she is in the right place, thanks! Peter

(January 18, 2019, 8:34 am)My Aunt is a resident at the Ellis and we have had nothing but exceptional services from everyone , not only the nursing staff and the health aids but also the housekeeping, social workers, maintenance, accounting/billing department and ,especially the Human Resources have been an amazing help to me and my aunt. Making sure she is always well taken care of and her needs are always met. Ellen in HR has been a god send , I could not have gotten though this process without her expertise. Her amazing compassion was extended to not only my aunt but also to me This process could have been a nightmare but with the help of the people here it has been smooth and pleasant. There is also a part of this journey has been mad easier for me by Denise is the accounting department she helped me with more things than I could have imagined I would have to take care of. She even gave me some resources to help with some of her insurance needs, which made a large savings for her. This was a huge help because at this point everywhere we can save is extremely important. Finally I just want to thank everyone on the staff for their continued help and care for my Aunt. There are so many other people who have been amazing but you would be reading forever if I listed everyone. I'm sorry I can't list everyone but thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I've volunteered at many venues and these employees generally care a TON, they are so well organized and do their best to keep the residents entertained. Typical "Virtue signaling" esque reviewers only rating once they find something completely random to complain about based on anectdotal evidence of a singular occurrence
