Excellent service and quality products! I went in to get a bed cover for my truck. I called on my way over, they had it in stock, I asked if it could be installed same day to which they said yes. Showed up, handed over the key. I wasn't even finished paying yet & my truck was done, all installed. The staff showed me how to work it, explained the warranty and care of the product. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back for more!

I came in last week for a set of gas struts for the rear glass on my Leer cap. I was immediately met by a gentleman who held the door open for me with a smile and manner that made me feel like we were old friends. We got to chatting while he and another employee set off to finding my struts. After a short while they realized that they didn't have the struts for my particular cap. I was mildly disappointed but left feeling good about my overall experience and their great customer service. I was promised that the struts they ordered would be arriving by the end of the week. I called on Wednesday absent mindedly thinking it was Thursday and they told me my order might be in the next day. Sure enough I got a call the next day saying they were in. As luck would have it, I couldn't make it over but was looking forward to getting them on Friday. Well Friday comes and I was late getting out of work and another great guy there stayed late so I could come pick them up. I mean how awesome is that? In a world of lousy service, it's so refreshing to know there are still places that value their customers. Even a guy picking up a couple of inexpensive struts late on a Friday! Great job Cap World!
