(August 2, 2018, 7:58 am)Bumping up a star... it's gotten much better. The staff seems more experienced and drinks arrive much more quickly. It's a good stop on my AM commute. Does get busy but the team seems to have hit its groove.
Old review:
This Starbucks... Ive stopped in at least 5 times and, all but once, there is an issue. Nothing major but usually things like a forgotten order (they are busy) or confusion (staff turnover appears high). The people here do seem to care but are rushed and inexperienced. Coffee is fine. Your best option may be to order online and pick up.
