The therapists at Norwood Physical Therapy are amazing, I have been treated by most of the therapists there but Teri is my regular therapist. The environment is very warm and welcoming, as well as clean and organized. The clinics are very open, which allows for dynamic team treatment, with multiple therapists able to confer on the best treatment for an injury. The aides are always watching to make sure that you complete the exercises, and help you with any thing you need.
I started going to Norwood Physical Therapy after having a pinched nerve in my neck at the recommendation of my primary care doctor. Teri taught me some stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles in my neck and upper shoulders. While I was being treated for that I asked about knee pain that I had occasionally and Teri thought she would be able to help.
Teri has treated my knee pain that was caused by a fall skiing. I used to randomly have pain flare up and be unable to put weight on my knee for a day or two. With Teri's treatment if I do have any knee pain, I can do a couple simple stretches and the pain goes away.
I have recommended Norwood Physical Therapy to family and friends, and everyone always has positive things to say.
My daughter and I have both been to Norwood Physical Therapy for treatment. We both could not be more pleased. All of the physical therapists were professional and caring. With my inconsistent work& family schedule, I worked with several of their therapists but I always felt they all were on the same page...knowing my progress and implementing new more challenging exercises. Plus, it was a fun and light atmosphere making it a part of my day that I actually looked forward to! Front desk staff was always very flexible when I needed to reschedule upcoming appointments and helpful when dealing with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Norwood PT.
This is my second go around with Norwood PT for shoulder and neck pain. I find the staff to be very kind, caring and professional. Annie is my physical therapist now and Teri worked with me in the past. Both are exceptional physical therapists that are knowledgeable and attentive to their patients' needs. Talented group at NPT that treats everyone like family!
BEST CARE ANYWHERE! Great therapist-Ashlee, Teri, Annie, & Mike got me back in the game quickly. Very fun yet professional environment which is obvious as soon as you walk through the door. Many thanks to the entire staff especially the front office staff. They went out of their way to make sure my insurance and co pays were aligned with my coverage and the receptionist went above and beyond to meet and work within my hectic work and travel schedule. Super professional, super efficient and very personal.
